Website Terms

The short version

These terms explain what this website is: the marketing site of a licensed Florida insurance agent, with general information and quote requests. A quote request does not bind, change or cancel coverage. Nothing here is legal or tax advice, and Florida law governs your use of the site.

  • Only an issued policy creates coverage, never this website
  • Figures carry a linked source and the date they were read
  • Calls and texts need your consent; reply STOP to end texts

Dial (239) 504-9998 and a licensed Florida agent starts your comparison on the spot.

Using this website means accepting the terms on this page. They are short and written in plain English: who runs the site, what a quote request does and does not do, how the facts here are sourced, how calls and texts work, and which law applies.

This is a licensed agent's marketing website, not an insurer

The licensed Florida insurance agent identified in the agent disclosure runs InsuranceNaplesFL.com, with help from licensed insurance agents on his team. It is not an insurance company, it is not a government agency, and naming an insurer or a state program on a page does not imply an appointment with that insurer or an affiliation with that program.

The site keeps no office in Collier County. Requests are handled by phone, email and the forms on the site.

Asking for a quote leaves your coverage exactly as it is

A quote is an estimate built from what you tell the agent and what the companies return. It does not bind coverage, start a policy, or cancel or replace one you have. Each insurer sets its own final price and eligibility after underwriting, and coverage begins only when an insurer issues a policy, on that policy's terms.

Until a new policy is issued and its start date arrives, keep your current coverage in force.

General information, not advice for your situation

Guides and pages here describe Florida insurance in general terms. They are not legal, tax, engineering, inspection or claim advice, and they do not change the wording of any policy. Your policy's own language decides what it covers.

For a question about your specific policy, ask a licensed agent. For a legal question, ask a Florida attorney. For the condition of a building, ask the licensed inspector, contractor or engineer the job calls for.

Every figure names its source and the date it was read

Statistics on this site, such as Census, FLHSMV and FLOIR figures, link to the public source they came from and carry the date they were checked. Statutes link to the official Florida text. Sources update, and a figure can change after it was read; the linked source is the authority.

If you spot something out of date, email info@insurancenaplesfl.com and it will be checked.

Ticking a form's consent box lets the licensed agent identified in the agent disclosure, and licensed insurance agents on his team, call or text you about that request, including by automated means. You never have to agree in order to buy, your phone plan's message and data rates can apply, and a reply of STOP turns texts off.

A buyer named in a referral from the realtors and lenders page is called by hand only. The privacy policy explains what is collected and how it is used.
